New to yoga? Not flexible? No problem. Lori's classes are open to all fitness levels and abilities. A balanced combination of Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga, each class is a unique approach to learning breathing techniques, reducing stress, improving posture and flexibility, increasing energy and concentration, developing strength and meditation skills. Modifications are offered for all levels as you enjoy practicing at your own pace in a welcoming, inclusive and non-competitive environment. The primary goal of a Connected Warriors yoga class is to provide a safe and secure environment with a strong emphasis on re-establishing the mind-body connection, reducing the symptoms of chronic stress and guiding our warriors and families to healthier and more peaceful lives. The class involves beginner yoga postures, guided meditation, simple breathing techniques and a sense of community shared by participants.
