YOGA FOR HEALTHY AGING WITH LORI MONDAYS 10 - 11 AM Join Lori for a gentle practice either in a chair or on a yoga mat. With creative use of a chair to support balance and modify postures, this class is perfect for those with health restrictions, decreased range of motion or physical challenges. Emphasis is on breathing, gentle stretching, functional movement and meditation. Gain balance and stability, improve flexibility and joint health, reduce high blood pressure and anxiety, improve respiration and encourage mindfulness.
VINYASA FLOW WITH LAURIE Z WEDNESDAYS 9 - 10 AM Vinyasa flow is a class to unite the breath as we flow through a string of poses that make up a flow yoga sequence. Always listening to the body as we move through each pose with our breath. Uniting our Asanas (postures), Pranayama (breath), and meditation.

POWER YOGA WITH KAT TUESDAYS & FRIDAYS 7 - 8 AM Join Kat for a vigorous one hour flow that will wake up your body and mind! Combining breath work, traditional yoga poses and lots of core, we will focus on building strength, balance and flexibility, all while getting a good sweat! All levels are welcome, and different variations will be offered, empowering students to choose what works for them.
CONNECTED WARRIORS WITH LORI WEDNESDAYS 5:30 - 6:30 PM This trauma-informed yoga class is for Service Members, Veterans, First Responders and their families. The primary goal of a Connected Warriors yoga class is to provide a safe and secure environment with a strong emphasis on re-establishing the mind-body connection, reducing the symptoms of chronic stress and guiding our warriors and families to healthier and more peaceful lives. The class involves beginner yoga postures, guided meditation, simple breathing techniques and a sense of community shared by participants.
VINYASA FLOW WITH JEN WEDNESDAYS 7 - 8 PM Jen’s class leverages the power of the playlist to bring more focus and fun to your practice. Vigorous vinyasa flows will be woven with moments for rest and reflection, all guided by a carefully curated – and sometimes unexpected – selection of music. All levels are welcome and variations will be offered throughout.
GENTLE YOGA WITH MO MO FRIDAYS 8:30 - 9:30 AM Join Maureen for a gentle style of Hatha Yoga, performed at a slower pace with gentle postures to promote alignment, strength and flexibility in the body. You can expect an emphasis on simplicity, repetition and ease of movement. Feel free to go at your own pace, take it slow and experience all the benefits of yoga, or kick it up a notch if you so desire. There won’t be any “yoga police” in this class so jump in, do what you can and enjoy the flow! There will be time for meditation, breath work and relaxation.
MORNING FLOW WITH LORI SATURDAYS 8 - 9 AM New to yoga? Not flexible? No problem. Lori's classes are open to all fitness levels and abilities. A balanced combination of traditional Hatha Yoga and functional movement, each class is a unique approach to learning breathing techniques, reducing stress, improving posture and flexibility, increasing energy and concentration, developing strength and meditation skills. Modifications are offered for all levels as you enjoy practicing at your own pace in a welcoming, inclusive and non-competitive environment. Class ends with a guided meditation to leave you feeling renewed and grounded for a complete mind-body connection.
