Beach Yoga with Lori

Start your morning with a beautiful practice and community by the ocean!
Lori’s All-Level Beach Yoga class incorporates a mind-body-soul approach using traditional yoga postures, teachings and functional movement alignment. You will focus on releasing stress, improving strength & flexibility, stretching and syncing breath to movement. Class ends with a relaxing guided meditation under the gorgeous blue sky to leave you feeling grounded and renewed.
Each unique class sequence, theme, meditation and playlist are carefully curated to encourage physical, mental and emotional alignment in your life, ON and OFF your mat!
This class is beginner-friendly for all levels and all abilities. No yoga experience or flexibility needed! Modifications are always offered. Go at your own pace and have some fun with our welcoming, non-competitive yoga community.

Lori's Beach Yoga runs every Sunday at 8 am May through September (weather permitting) on Wollaston Beach across from Hollis Ave in Quincy. Please bring water and a mat/towel.
No sign up needed, drop in any Sunday. Cost: $15/person CASH ONLY please.

'Easy Like Sunday Morning' yoga with friends on the beach - what's not to love? It's the perfect way to start your day.
We can't wait to see you there!
