Connected Warriors with Lori Scott, E-RYT 500 This trauma-informed yoga class is for Service Members, Veterans, First Responders and their families AT NO COST. The primary goal of a Connected Warriors yoga class is to provide a safe and secure environment with a strong emphasis on re-establishing the mind-body connection, reducing the symptoms of chronic stress and guiding our warriors and families to healthier and more peaceful lives. The class involves beginner yoga postures, guided meditation, simple breathing techniques and a sense of community shared by participants.
